# TEMlab recorded-image inventory

MVLscope crops and resamples the source for navigation, with illustrative focus, astigmatism, contrast, illumination, noise and related display effects. Annotated captures add credit and an approximate scale bar. These settings are not the original acquisition conditions. Source JPEGs were not changed in this revision. Digital enlargement cannot add recorded detail.

Scale estimates retained from the existing source-bar measurements: 200 nm / 162 pixels for Chlamydomonas, 5 nm / 120 pixels for gold, and 50 nm / 27 pixels for lung. Pixel counting was not repeated in this provenance revision. These are approximate educational scales, not instrument calibration.

The biological releases are author public-domain declarations, not CC0 or versioned Creative Commons licences. NIST is acknowledged under its linked image and non-SRD reuse policies; no unconditional worldwide public-domain claim is made. Credit does not imply endorsement of MVLscope or its adaptations.
